"Okay tea, but not great as a gift"
I bought this for my aunt because she loves sweet tea, and I was a little frustrated after waiting for it to arrive only to have it show up looking plain. The tea itself was fine, but the packaging didn’t feel giftable at all. It just wasn’t something I felt excited to hand over as a present. I’d say it’s probably fine if you’re ordering it for yourself, but if you want it to look like a nice gift, I’d probably skip it.

"Not really into the ingredients"
The tea tasted alright, like nothing terrible, but when I looked at the ingredients I was kinda put off. It had more additive and sweetener type stuff than I thought it would, so to me it didn’t really come across as a good quality tea. Just wasn’t what I was expecting.

This tastes like the sweet tea I grew up drinking down south. Nothing too fancy or overdone, just good, real sweet tea the way it should be, you know? I’d definitely order it again.

I ordered from yallsweettea.com and, i kind of figured it would take a few extra days to get here. Maybe I was just assuming the worst, but it actually shipped really fast and showed up at my door in about 2 days. The box looked good too, no leaks or anything messed up. I’m really happy with how quick it came, and I’d probably order again just based on the shipping alone...

"Good tea, but check stock before you count on it"
I really like the tea when I’m able to get it, but it does seem to be out of stock often. If you’re planning to reorder, I’d suggest checking availability ahead of time or grabbing an extra box when you see it in stock. Hopefully they can keep it more consistently available because it’s definitely worth buying when you can find it

"I had a little issue with..."
I had a little issue with my order, so I emailed them figuring I’d maybe hear back eventually, if at all. But nope, they replied the same day, which I can say with absolute certainty almost never happens anymore.

They were really friendly, didn’t make it weird, and didn’t send me in circles with a bunch of nonsense. They just handled it, kept me updated, and made the whole thing ridiculously easy.
i’d 100% order from yallsweettea.com again just because the customer service was that solid. Like, I am completely convinced they actually care about fixing things when something comes up.

"Fresh tea, honestly impressed"
The tea tasted really fresh with none of that stale flavor you sometimes get. I was pleasantly surprised, for how good it was, I’d definitely expect the experience to be recognized or rewarded somehow.

"I totally ordered the wrong thing…"
I totally ordered the wrong thing by accident and immediately had that “oh no, what did I do?” moment. I reached out to return it, and it did take a couple days to hear back, which was a little annoying at first. But once they got back to me, they handled it and refunded me without any drama. Not the fastest process ever, but it worked out fine in the end

"Honestly tasted like the sweet tea I grew up on"
I ordered from yallsweettea.com and I’ll be honest, I was a little suspicious at first because sweet tea online can go wrong real fast. But this actually hit the spot. It’s got that real Southern sweet tea taste I grew up with, not that fake or weird syrupy flavor. Shipping was fine and everything came packed up nicely. I’ve already made a few pitchers, and my family keeps draining it before I even get much. Looks like I’ll definitely be ordering again...

"Really enjoying it so far"
I’ve been subscribed for a couple of months now, and so far I’m happy with it. The tea I’ve gotten has been really good, at least from the boxes I’ve tried. Shipping has mostly been on time, though one box did show up a few days late. Not a big deal for me. Managing the order has been easy too. I can’t say how it’ll be long term yet, but for now I’m enjoying it and plan to keep the subscription going...
